Top Interviewer Skills You Must Have

candidates is a skill best practiced. We will provide
you with the three most important interviewing tactics
that you should add to the interview process.
1. Silence can be the most important tool when conducting
job interviews. Maintain eye contact and keep an interested
expression on your face. This encourages job seekers to
fill in the silence with more information. Remember, do
not look away from the interviewee, or you will increase
the tension level and lose rapport.
2. During interviews with job applicants, the best question
to ask is often the last one.
Question: Is there anything you think is important that
I have not asked?
This question ends the interview and often the answer
is packed with information you would not have dreamed
of getting.
3. For more effective interviews, remember the 80/20 rule.
Talk only 20% of the time and let the applicant talk 80%
of the time. To get people to talk, ask questions that
let them expand on their initial answer.
