Critical Outsourcing Questions

Review this performance checklist once a quarter to determine
if you are at risk.
The greater the number of “yes” answers, the
higher the risk of failure.

from project estimates. No explanation is given
for how or why this happened.

Decisions are not made in a timely manner and not
communicated to all parties.

Deliverables are incomplete.

Overdue action items, issues, and open tasks keep

Performance measurements are not monitored or communicated.

Requested requirements are not implemented and
